杭州鲍洱机电有限公司在2010年10月在美国加州注册了Powell Works Inc. ，因为气动工具MPP产品主要竞争对手CH在俄亥俄州的辛辛那提，为了能够吸引该公司的人才能够前来加盟公司，公司与2011年7月注册地转移到了俄亥俄州的辛辛那提，并且成功引进了该公司的市场总监，全国客户经理以及产品经理。

主要市场：

1、对气动工具行业的四大类产品air compressor, air nailers, air tools and air accessories 编写了Marketing Summary Report。
2、建立了公司DIY 品牌 PowRyte 和 公司 PRO品牌DuRyte. 并且注册了powryte.com 和 duryte.com这两个顶级域名。
3、请世界一流的美国工业设计公司Group 4(曾经给Bosch 等知名公司设计产品)设计公司DIY 产品及 PRO 产品进行工业设计。
4、建立了www.powryte.com 和www.duryte.com 两个品牌的网站。

主要销售：

1、公司产品成功进入了Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, Lowes.com, Sears.com. 并且在 Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Woot.com 上面卖公司的产品。
2、2011年年底参加了世界上最大的工具零售商 Homedepot 的 Air Tool Product Line Review. 也就是Homedepot 对 Air Tool 产品线每三年重新选择供应商的会议。于2013年年度参加了Homedepot的 Air Tool Accessory and Air Hose Product Line Review。
3、2012年赢得了Menards的充气泵的订单。
4、与第二大工具零售商Lowes，第三大零售商Sears, Walmart以及其他很多的中小零售商洽谈生意。

开发产品：

公司开发了气动工具所有的产品线：空压机，钉枪，汽车用气动工具，气动附件。对这些产品进行了市场调查，建立了这些产品的检验标准。建立了产品的开发及研发流程。与各个供应商进行合作开发产品。并对电动工具及手工具进行了一定的调查。

公司团队：

王建华，总经理，1985年毕业于浙江大学光仪系，1985年到1993年工作于轻工业部自动化仪表研究所。1994年到1998年工作于杭州豪盛机电工贸有限工具，为该公司股东，主要从事手工具及电动工具的对外贸易。1998年，为杭州保威机电公司总经理，从事气动工具的制造, 很多产品卖给HFT, CH等客人，是中国本土企业制造气动工具的先锋。

美国中小企业管理局(SBA, Small Business Administration )成立于1953年。中小企业管理局职能主要是制定中小企业发展的政策与措施；帮助中小企业制定发展规划，接受企业经营等方面的咨询；为中小企业提供国内外先进技术及市场的信息；向中小企业提供管理人员和员工培训方面的服务，帮助中小企业解决发展中的困难等。中小企业管理局在美国十大城市设有分局，有69个地区办公室，960多个服务点，员工总人数超过4000人。

1、帮助中小企业提供贷款担保
在提供中小企业贷款融资方面，SBA并不直接向企业提供贷款，而是通过与银行、信贷机构及其他贷款机构合作的方式向中小企业提供贷款。近年来，SBA为中小企业提供超过900亿美元的贷款担保。
2、帮助中小企业获得补贴
中小企业可通过SBA获得政府补贴需要满足严格的条件，并保证获得的补贴用于合适的用途。政府补贴又划分为联邦政府、州政府或地方政府的补贴。目前联邦政府补贴主要针对从事科技研究和开发的企业，而州政府或地方政府补贴则更多地考虑本地实际状况和企业发展需要，例如部分州提供能源技术补贴以及旅游开发补贴等。
3、提供咨询与管理培训服务
SBA在美国各大区及地区办公室负责向当地的中小企业提供咨询服务。SBA通过设在全国的经理服务公司和960个中小企业服务点，以自愿和合同的方式为中小企业服务，从创业准备、计划拟定、公司成立、行政管理、商业理财等多方面提供咨询。SBA还通过商会、大专院校、中等学校、贸易协会和成年教育小组等向小企业提供技术、经销及决策等管理方面的培训，开办讲座和讨论会，并配合发行各种出版物。
4、政府采购
美国法律规定，联邦政府采购合同份额的23%必须给予小企业，并要求大企业将获得的政府采购合同份额的20%转包给小企业。为帮助中小企业尽可能多地得到政府合同，在初级合同中，SBA的扶持主要集中于“搁置购买”、“拆散购买”和“颁发能力证书”这三个方面。除此之外，SBA还积极推动政府机构和大企业在二级合同中向中小企业订货，为中小企业从联邦政府的采购计划中争得合理份额的货物和服务合同。对退伍及伤残老兵经营的中小企业还有特殊优待，1999年颁布的《退伍老兵中小企业发展法》规定，每年政府采购总额的3%以上应该和这类中小企业签订。
